3. A ring with a width of about 100mm inside the oil bearing groove of the spherical bearing is evenly worn;

4. The upper part of the thick side of the eccentric bushing is obviously worn, and the lower part has a narrow strip of wear;

5, the thrust plate is worn more heavily by the outer ring;

6. The large bevel gear has a large wear and tear, and gradually contracts from the big head to the small head along the tooth tip in the direction of the tooth height, which is approximately triangular impression;

After analyzing the manifestation of the wear of the eccentric parts of the Rocks Crusher, we need to find out the cause of the wear and then find the way to prevent it. The main reasons are as follows:

The Rocks Crusher is pressed against the thin side of the eccentric bushing when it is unloaded, and is pressed against the thick side of the eccentric bushing when loaded. The eccentric bushing is always pressed against the straight bushing with thick edges, whether it is empty or loaded. In this way, the wear of the main shaft and the tapered bushing should be relatively uniform from top to bottom. At least the upper side of the tapered bushing should be heavier when the thick side of the eccentric bushing is worn, and the thick side of the eccentric bushing should also wear more. But from the actual situation of wear and tear, it is the opposite.

In the interior of the Rocks Crusher, the eccentric bushing is inclined toward the counterweight, and the eccentric bushing deflection is caused by improper inspection and installation of the gasket, thrust plate, cone bushing and eccentric bushing. In this case, the action of the crushing force cannot properly reset the eccentric bushing, causing the eccentric bushing to be deflected, causing wear of the eccentric component, and in severe cases, the local load may be generated and cracked.

Second precautions for eccentric wear of Rocks Crushers

After introducing the analysis of the performance of the eccentric wear of the machine and the reasons, we need to introduce the prevention plan of wear according to the reasons, mainly in the following aspects:

1. Strictly adjust the clearance of the eccentric parts of the Rocks Crusher according to the instructions. During the actual inspection, the clearance at the bottom of the cone bushing can be increased, but the upper gap must be ensured.

2. During maintenance, ensure that the surface roughness and thickness of the upper, middle and lower thrust plates are uniform. When adjusting the bevel gear clearance of the Rocks Crusher, it must be added to the lower part of the thrust plate. The gasket has a uniform thickness and cannot be wrinkled at the edge of the gasket during installation.

3. When installing the thrust plate, insert the round pin into the pin hole smoothly to avoid skewing the eccentric bushing.
